This section was to identify whether quantitative or qualitative research best fit your research question. Since your outcome is readmission rates, you can only use quantitative data. You did not identify either in your paper. An observational study would likely be qualitative which is not appropriate if your outcome is rates of readmission.

Running head should be an abbreviated version of your title. Title should repeat at the top of page 2. You cannot being your paper with a level one header.
